TAIPEI | Flora Expo, Taxi Rain Drops | Monday

Bird of paradise. My mum's favourite flower.

Wedding themed arrangement.

Anthiricum flower and leaf work.

Guppies in the anthiricum vases.

Butterfly installation.

Hawaii has it's own entry in the "world countries" exhibits.

Lasse and me in the bamboo dome - Taiwan.
Taiwan's entry.

A really disappointing Canadian entry.

The write up was claiming how futuristic in-home hydroponics are in Canada.
Not true for one thing, plus the appropriation of the Haida salmons, plus the "futuristic" furniture in the exhibit is from the 80s, all equaling a tasteless and underwhelming entry from home. Taiwan kicked Canada's ass when it came to futuristic displays of indoor growing setups.

Orchids.

Aborigine dance.
Drumming.

Columbine. Ya could have used these, Canada.

The Grande Hotel.

Dedicated viewers waiting out the rain for one of the specialty pavilions.

The cab ride home in the rain.
